Responsibility
- Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products with accuracy and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide professional health consultations, advice, and education to customers on medication usage, side effects, and general wellness.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and managing pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure compliance with local and national pharmacy regulations, including proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional strategies, drive sales, and enhance customer loyalty programs.
- Train and mentor pharmacy staff to uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and operational excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active pharmacist license from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in inventory management, basic computer skills, and pharmacy software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the role.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical pharmaceutical practices.
