Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying patient information.
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, and potential interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes and resolve any medication-related issues.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and general wellness practices.
- Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all local and national regulations, including sanitation and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Professional License in Pharmacy (passed board exam) recognized in Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage instructions, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and inventory systems is a plus.
