Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests to determine precise prescriptions.
- Provide expert advice on lens types, coatings, and frame selections tailored to individual needs.
- Fit and adjust eyewear to ensure optimal comfort, functionality, and style for customers.
- Educate clients on proper eyewear care, lens maintenance, and the benefits of advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists to manage patient referrals and follow-ups.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending premium products from Luxottica’s portfolio.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management for lenses, frames, and accessories.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in optometry.
Qualifications
- Valid Optician License (MBS) or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Optician in a retail or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of lens materials, frame construction, and optical measurements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Proficiency in using optical software and tools for prescription management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
