Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one nutritional assessments for customers, analyzing dietary habits, health goals, and medical histories.
- Design and recommend personalized meal plans and supplement regimens tailored to individual needs (e.g., weight management, diabetes, sports nutrition).
- Educate customers on the benefits of health products, including vitamins, supplements, and functional foods available in-store.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare staff to ensure integrated patient care and accurate product recommendations.
- Host workshops and wellness events to engage the community and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition science trends and translate research into practical advice for customers.
- Maintain detailed client records and track progress toward health objectives.
- Uphold retail standards, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales targets for nutrition-related products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (accredited by local health authorities).
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Nutritionist in Indonesia (e.g., Ahli Gizi registration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, wellness coaching, or retail health consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong sales and customer service acumen with a passion for health education.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
