Responsibility
- Perform aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, injectables) in strict adherence to clinic SOPs and safety protocols.
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and procedural accuracy.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations, educating clients on skincare routines, expected results, and aftercare.
- Maintain sterilization and hygiene standards for all equipment, treatment rooms, and tools in compliance with medical regulations.
- Monitor patient progress, document treatment details, and manage client records with confidentiality and precision.
- Provide personalized skincare recommendations and retail product advice to enhance client outcomes.
- Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience for every patient.
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (STR) or certified aesthetic therapist with relevant training in cosmetic procedures.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, dermatology, or aesthetic setting (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in English and Indonesian with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic ingredients, and non-surgical treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP).
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and a gentle, reassuring demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is a plus.
