Responsibility
- Perform and analyze a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, with precision and accuracy.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and process specimens for testing, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and storage to maintain sample integrity.
- Interpret test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to strict quality control and assurance protocols to ensure the reliability and accuracy of diagnostic results.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of laboratory procedures, test results, and patient information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices through continuous education and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification as a Medical Technologist (e.g., PRC license for Filipino applicants or equivalent certification for international candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory or diagnostic setting.
- Proficiency in performing and analyzing a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, quality control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, CAP, or local health regulations).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
