Responsibility
- Design and oversee mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into building designs.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot mechanical system issues during construction.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical installations.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials and equipment.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in mechanical system designs.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and construction teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Philippines or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
