Responsibility
- Perform a variety of massage therapies (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, TCM-based techniques) tailored to client needs.
- Assess client conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans for optimal wellness.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and aftercare practices to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with TCM practitioners and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license (preferably with TCM or spa therapy training).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical, spa, or wellness setting.
- Proficient in multiple massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, or reflexology).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of front desk operations (scheduling, POS systems, client management).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
