Responsibility
- Perform a variety of professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and anti-aging therapies, tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist dermatologists and senior therapists during advanced procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide personalized skincare recommendations to clients based on their skin type and concerns.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to clinic protocols and industry regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to maximize results and enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and follow-up plans, using digital or paper-based systems.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development and training.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to promote packages, memberships, and retail products to drive sales and client retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or Esthetician in a reputable clinic or spa.
- Valid certification or license in facial therapy, esthetics, or a related field (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or local Indonesian certification).
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and treatment modalities (e.g., chemical peels, LED therapy, microdermabrasion).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent treatments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Familiarity with skincare products and brands, particularly those used in medical or luxury spa settings.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
