Responsibility
- Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications tailored to clients' skin types and concerns.
- Assist dermatologists during advanced procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectables.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized skincare regimens and products to clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and product recommendations.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are sanitized and prepared according to clinic standards.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and the benefits of professional treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous training.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Facial Therapist or Esthetician in a reputable clinic or spa.
- Valid certification in facial therapy, esthetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin conditions, and treatment protocols.
- Proficient in using professional skincare equipment and tools (e.g., steamer, high-frequency machine, LED therapy).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with the medical team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Familiarity with premium skincare brands and their product lines is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
