Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair power generators, electrical panels, and distribution systems in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, shorts, and system failures using advanced testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and upgrade electrical systems for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all work adheres to Indonesian electrical codes (PUPIL) and industry best practices for safety and compliance.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications in detailed technical reports.
- Provide emergency electrical support for critical power outages or system failures, including after-hours callouts when necessary.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on generator operation, electrical safety, and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a licensed Electrician or Electrical Technician, with specialization in power generators (diesel, gas, or hybrid systems).
- Valid Indonesian electrical license (SIO or equivalent) or internationally recognized certification (e.g., CompEx, NEC).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, voltage regulation, and load balancing for generator applications.
- Experience with industrial or commercial electrical installations (e.g., hotels, resorts, manufacturing plants).
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali (transportation provided).
