Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and fixtures in compliance with local and international electrical codes
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems in new construction and renovation projects
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and company policies, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff or apprentices on electrical safety and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing settings
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices (e.g., PUIL, IEC, or equivalent standards)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including motors, transformers, and control panels
- Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and sustainable electrical solutions is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
