Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and technical specifications for compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
- Supervise on-site installations, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly into project plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate hazards in electrical work environments.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; licensed electrical engineer (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and local regulations in Indonesia/Philippines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design software for electrical system modeling and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience with renewable energy systems, smart grids, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa support provided for qualified candidates).
