Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients in community settings.
- Perform routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Educate patients and community groups on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with local health organizations to organize and lead dental health camps and awareness programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Provide emergency dental care and referrals for specialized treatments when necessary.
- Develop and implement community-specific oral health strategies tailored to local needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and public health practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Dental License (recognized in Indonesia or eligible for local registration).
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (DDS/DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or public dentistry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse patient populations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience in conducting dental health education and outreach programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
