Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, cognitive testing, and personality assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs unique needs, cultural background, and therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and local regulations.
- Participate in regular case consultations, supervision sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills.
- Engage in community outreach, workshops, and mental health awareness programs to promote psychological well-being in Bali.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure (e.g., HIPMI, HIMPSI, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychological assessments and psychotherapy.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including expatriates, digital nomads, and multicultural clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
