We are seeking a dual-certified professional with expertise in both civil and sanitary engineering to lead the design, execution, and oversight of high-impact construction and plumbing projects. Responsibility
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil and sanitary engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction, plumbing, and wastewater systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (architects, contractors, and subcontractors) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Monitor quality control and safety protocols on-site, adhering to Indonesian building codes and international best practices.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure sustainable and eco-friendly practices are integrated into sanitary and plumbing system designs.
- Resolve technical challenges and disputes during construction, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Civil Engineer and Sanitary Engineer (mandatory) with valid certifications recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on sanitary/plumbing systems and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, environmental regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with government agencies, contractors, and international clients is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
