Responsibility
- Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and mask applications tailored to client skin types.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized skincare regimens and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and long-term skincare maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous training.
- Manage client bookings, follow-ups, and retain detailed records of treatments and progress.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious spa experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facial treatments or beauty therapy (fresh graduates with a certificate in Beauty Therapy are welcome—training provided).
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatment methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build client trust and loyalty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Willingness to adhere to company protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
