Responsibility
- Perform a full range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and anti-aging therapies tailored to client needs.
- Administer body treatments such as wraps, scrubs, and detoxifying rituals using premium, natural products.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized skincare regimens and professional treatments.
- Operate advanced aesthetic equipment (e.g., LED therapy, microdermabrasion, or radiofrequency) safely and effectively.
- Maintain meticulous client records, tracking treatment history, progress, and preferences for continuity of care.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, home skincare routines, and lifestyle tips to enhance results.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and promote seasonal packages and wellness programs.
Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license or certification from a recognized institution (international candidates welcome).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, clinic, or luxury beauty setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Familiarity with high-end skincare brands and natural/holistic beauty products.
- Strong sales acumen to recommend and upsell treatments and retail products.
