Responsibility
- Perform laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, and other advanced aesthetic treatments using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.
- Administer injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.) and other non-surgical procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor client progress, document treatment outcomes, and provide post-procedure care instructions.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and maintenance treatments to enhance long-term results.
- Maintain sterilization, hygiene, and compliance with all medical and aesthetic industry regulations.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated client care.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Indonesian or internationally recognized with local registration eligibility).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or a related field.
- Certification in laser treatments, injectables (Botox, fillers), or other aesthetic procedures is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and loyalty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a high degree of professionalism.
- Familiarity with medical software for client records and treatment tracking.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
