Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, as well as international standards relevant to the tech industry.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on matters related to corporate governance, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks by conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and government agencies to resolve legal issues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and recommend appropriate actions.
- Assist in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, when necessary.
- Maintain and update the company’s legal documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree (LL.M.) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar legal role, preferably in the technology or corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with intellectual property law and data protection regulations is highly desirable.
- Professional certification or membership in a legal association (e.g., PERADI) is an advantage.
