Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service contracts, MOUs, and joint venture agreements.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on Indonesian corporate law, foreign investment regulations (BKPM), and licensing requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of corporate entity establishment (PT PMA/PT) for international clients.
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence for business acquisitions and investment projects.
- Monitor and update management on changes in legislation that impact our business operations or client interests.
- Coordinate with government authorities, public notaries, and external counsel to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain corporate secretarial records and ensure all periodic reporting requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university; Master’s degree (LL.M) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a law firm or a reputable consultancy firm.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Company Law and Investment Law.
- Proven ability to manage legal documentation and corporate licensing processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to draft professional legal documents.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
