PT Maju Bersama Gemilang is seeking a dedicated Legal & GA Supervisor to join our growing team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between regulatory compliance and day-to-day administrative efficiency.
As the Legal & GA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of company permits, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and ensuring that our business operations strictly adhere to Indonesian labor and corporate laws. You will lead our General Affairs initiatives to maintain an optimized workplace environment, ensuring all facilities and logistical needs are met to support our core business operations. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end legal permit processes, including OSS, environmental permits, and industrial operational licenses.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various company contracts, agreements, and legal documents to mitigate corporate risk.
- Supervise General Affairs operations, including facility management, office maintenance, and vehicle fleet management.
- Coordinate with local government agencies, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Manage company licensing databases and track expiration dates to prevent operational delays.
- Provide expert advice to internal departments regarding labor regulations and industrial relation standards.
- Oversee office safety, security, and cleaning services to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Secretarial, or General Affairs roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Business Law, Omnibus Law, and Manpower Regulations.
- Proven experience in handling permit applications via OSS (Online Single Submission) and local government offices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with government officials.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and organizational management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willing to be based in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
