Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
- Provide expert legal advice on AWS and VB-related matters, including cloud computing and virtual business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and policy development.
- Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, including data protection and intellectual property laws.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as needed.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments in the technology and logistics sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent; admission to the bar is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, with a focus on commercial contracts.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with AWS and VB environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain legal frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
