Responsibility
- Represent clients in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation before Indonesian courts and arbitration tribunals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents for corporate clients.
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client recommendations.
- Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
- Liaise with government agencies, notaries, and external counsel to ensure seamless legal processes.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda for court submissions.
- Advise clients on risk management, dispute resolution, and alternative legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents, handling court cases, or advising corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine and international commercial laws; familiarity with Indonesian legal frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
