Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal correspondence, contracts, and other documents.
- Liaise with clients, legal teams, and external parties to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain and organize legal files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support ongoing cases or projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertinent to the firm's operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal documentation software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian legal procedures and terminology is a plus.
