Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs aligned with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and interpret changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company’s operations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all business processes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related incidents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, legal counsel, and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance, risk management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or corporate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks, including corporate law, data protection, and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Familiarity with compliance software and tools is an advantage.
