Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential tenant prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling leasing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor lease expirations and renewals, proactively engaging with tenants to secure continuations.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements and financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market conditions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably within the retail or commercial real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition.
- Strong understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and lease structures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
