Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and revenue for commercial properties, including Fairview Terraces and other high-profile developments in Bali.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure lease agreements with high-value tenants, including luxury retail brands, F&B outlets, and lifestyle businesses.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with property management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding, lease compliance, and conflict resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and industry stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy rates, rental yields, and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead tenant retention initiatives, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and value-added services to enhance tenant loyalty.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate sales, with a proven track record in luxury retail or mixed-use developments.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, with a deep understanding of commercial real estate contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including tenants, property owners, and internal teams.
- Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and KPI tracking to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia’s real estate market is a plus, with knowledge of local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
