Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential retail tenants for available spaces across Bali.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align leasing strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals, reports, and market analyses.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in lease agreements.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the tenant base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record in securing and managing retail tenants.
- Familiarity with lease agreements and legal requirements.
- Excellent analytical and market research skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
