Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the leasing process for retail properties in Bali, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable conditions for both parties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals, reports, and market updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and participate in property viewings, promotions, and marketing events to attract high-quality tenants.
- Monitor lease expirations and renewals, proactively engaging with tenants to secure long-term commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and develop strategic leasing plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
