Responsibility
- Identify and pursue prospective tenants to maintain high occupancy levels across the office portfolio.
- Lead lease negotiations, including terms, space requirements, and rental rates, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and review to final execution and renewal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and high retention rates.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the operations team to facilitate smooth lease turnover and space handovers.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and market trends to provide actionable insights for leasing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive leasing reports for management to evaluate performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in commercial leasing, property management, or corporate sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to corporate stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contract deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine commercial real estate market and industry regulations.
