Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, interactive simulations) to enhance learner engagement.
- Evaluate and improve existing learning materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to support the implementation of new learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in learning experience design or instructional design.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous learning design projects.
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
