Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) tailored to organizational and individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to align L&D initiatives with company objectives and cultural values.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive modules, using modern authoring tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, soft skills training, and technical upskilling workshops for employees at all levels.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other digital platforms to ensure seamless access to training resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in learning technologies, adult learning theories, and best practices to continuously improve L&D strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar HR role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in using LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
