Based in one of Baliâs vibrant business hubsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâyouâll collaborate with a team of L&D professionals to deliver impactful learning solutions. Whether youâre assisting with workshop logistics, tracking program effectiveness, or engaging with stakeholders, your contributions will directly shape the growth of employees across the region.

Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, workshops, and training sessions across APAC.
- Support the logistics of virtual and in-person training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of learning content.
- Track and analyze participant feedback and program metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and internal databases with accurate program data.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment with global L&D strategies and local needs.
- Provide administrative support for L&D initiatives, including budget tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone).
- Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in corporate training and talent growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2027.
