Responsibility
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production and administrative processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean principles and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Lean manufacturing and industrial engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean manufacturing, process improvement, or industrial engineering.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping, value stream mapping, and other Lean tools.
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
