Responsibility
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code reviews, debugging, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend innovative features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
- Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) preferred.
- Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to work in agile teams.
