As the Lead Property Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and compliance of our corporate facility. Responsibility
- Oversee the daily technical operations of Parkway Corporate Center, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function optimally.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance staff to deliver high-quality service and proactive problem-solving.
- Assist the Property Manager in ensuring full compliance with local, national, and international statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and vendors to secure permits, renewals, and certifications for building operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems.
- Manage capital improvement projects, including budgeting, vendor selection, and project execution, to enhance property value.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in property or facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing commercial or corporate properties, including HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in CAD, BMS (Building Management Systems), and maintenance management software.
- Certifications in LEED, ISO, or OHSA are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
