As the Lead Property Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functionality of building systems, facilities, and infrastructure. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the daily technical operations of assigned properties, ensuring all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems function optimally.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Lead a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, emergency response plans, and energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors to address technical issues, renovations, and system upgrades promptly.
- Ensure all electrical installations and repairs adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and recommendations to senior management for capital improvements.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, and manage procurement processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; licensed electrical engineer (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property/facility management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, building automation, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and project management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
