Responsibility
- Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that aligns with Grab's 2026 vision, focusing on consumer-centric outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to create seamless user experiences that drive adoption and retention.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for key product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing funnels for maximum conversion.
- Craft compelling product narratives and positioning that resonate with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving growth for digital products or platforms in Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in emerging markets.
