Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Fixed Connectivity products, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
- Feature Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of product features and improvements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, user engagement, and revenue metrics to assess product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning: Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and ensure alignment with user expectations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor and guide product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or connectivity solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, broadband technologies, and fixed connectivity solutions (e.g., fiber optics, DSL, enterprise networking).
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and articulate a clear product vision, roadmap, and business case with measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing market data, user metrics, and financial models to guide product strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and senior leadership around product goals.
- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and lean product development practices.
- Customer Obsession: A track record of building products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
