Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical processes and equipment for life sciences applications.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical process engineering, preferably in the life sciences sector.
- Proven track record of leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, process optimization, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Bali as needed.
