Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, preparing technical proposals, and negotiating contracts with potential clients.
- Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance the company’s reputation and market position.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making for project and business strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in engineering design, project management, and business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects and securing new business opportunities in the engineering or energy sector.
- Strong technical expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor engineering teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and business development.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, or travel as required for project and client meetings.
