Responsibility
- Lead and manage landscape projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee site inspections, material procurement, and vendor negotiations to optimize project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and financial tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Mentor and supervise on-site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Resolve project challenges proactively, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
- Drive innovation in landscape design and construction techniques to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in landscape or construction industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and budgeting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations in Bali.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
