Responsibility
- Develop and implement land management policies and strategies in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to land use plans and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with government agencies, private developers, and community groups to facilitate sustainable land development projects.
- Prepare and review land use permits, zoning applications, and environmental impact assessments.
- Monitor and report on land use changes, environmental impacts, and compliance with approved plans.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on land management issues to stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in public consultations and community engagement activities related to land use planning.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of land management activities and decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land management, urban planning, or environmental compliance.
- Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and environmental policies in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in GIS software and other land management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
