Responsibility

  • Lead land acquisition processes, including identification, evaluation, and negotiation of land rights.
  • Conduct right-of-way negotiations with landowners, communities, and government entities.
  • Manage land administration tasks, including documentation, permits, and compliance with local laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community leaders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve land disputes and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with legal, environmental, and technical teams to assess land feasibility and risks.
  • Prepare and present reports on land acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way negotiations, or related functions.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder relations and community engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work in remote or field locations as required.
