Responsibility
- Lead land acquisition processes, including identification, evaluation, and negotiation of land rights.
- Conduct right-of-way negotiations with landowners, communities, and government entities.
- Manage land administration tasks, including documentation, permits, and compliance with local laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve land disputes and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with legal, environmental, and technical teams to assess land feasibility and risks.
- Prepare and present reports on land acquisition progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all land transactions adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way negotiations, or related functions.
- Proven track record in stakeholder relations and community engagement.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in remote or field locations as required.
