Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, testing, and analysis of laboratory samples to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a secure work environment.
- Document and record experimental data, results, and observations with precision.
- Support production teams in scaling up laboratory processes for large-scale manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, ensuring timely restocking.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment, preferably in an MNC.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shift-based roles and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other industry standards is a plus.
