Responsibility
- Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions to optimize infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, network engineers, and business stakeholders) to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data integrity, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical role.
- Proven expertise in system analysis, design, and troubleshooting for enterprise-level IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
