Responsibility
- Provide first-class technical support and customer service to Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in both Korean and English.
- Document all customer interactions, technical details, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams or relevant departments when necessary, ensuring follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and technical updates.
- Contribute to creating and improving knowledge base articles and internal support documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is essential.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for internal communication and documentation.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service, technical support, or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of common operating systems, software applications, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and technical support tools.
