Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices in Korean and English, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain and update financial records, databases, and tracking systems with precision.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders in Korean and English to clarify invoice details.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports related to invoice processing activities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in invoice handling.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and audit support.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and company procedures affecting invoice processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or financial operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
