Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all retail accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth.
- Optimize inventory valuation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Analyze inventory turnover ratios and implement strategies to improve stock efficiency and reduce carrying costs.
- Evaluate supply chain costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate with vendors to enhance profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic initiatives.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Proven expertise in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and supply chain financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards is advantageous.
